We require a deposit or full payment for a booking to be confirmed. Cancellations with short notice cannot be refunded, we will do our best to work with you to rearrange you hen activity should you cancel but this will be subject to availability and may incur cancellation fees to cover our time and costs already incurred. Please check the details on your brochure for the most up-to-date prices and fees.
We aim to keep your details private. Apart from admin and teaching staff (who need to know who and where you are!) your details are held on our office computer for 7 years as that's a condition of our insurance. We don't sell these details on or spam you with tons of messages but will let you know about offers and retreats that we think you may be interested in. We use a few apps to keep our systems flowing smoothly and are checking that they are all GDPR compliant too.
